Phase 2: Co-construction 2 days of Romance is followed by Co-construction. We had already agreed & sequenced core content for Precision, but this step sees staff weaving in ideas for learning generated by kids during Romance @_bigeducation @Innovation_Unit @WholeEducation

I’ve always liked the 3 I’s in the framework, seeing intent as a rare opportunity to do something bold: formulate an audacious plan & ensure everything we do delivers it. I fear these opportunities are fading as too many just buy in intent & become implementers…Resist & intend!
School leaders: who on your team paints the big picture? There are so many details & demands in the school day that it’s Friday again before you know it. Unless someone is given time & space for big thinking, then it simply won’t happen? It must. @_bigeducation @Innovation_Unit
