Under the state-created-danger doctrine, state employers are liable when they affirmatively and with deliberate indifference create or expose their employees to a dangerous working environment. #USA #covid #california #prisons covid19litigation.org/news/2023/09/u…

Looking for all the research you have suggesting the Novavax is the superior vaccine (and why). I've almost convinced a family member to get Novavax, but he would like to see some research &, unfortunately, I never saved what I'd found. Thank you in advance!!!

Twitter tech issue, help needed: I can no longer search hashtags or anything else 😔 I am also no longer able to click on the extended text link on tweets. This all started the day before the cage matches got announced. Is this happening to anyone else? Solutions? Tia! #TechHelp

This case, as well. There appears to be a class action lawsuit option in this situation. We need folks involved, who are willing, to opt in so that a precedent can be set and so there are consequences for giving folks covid in medical settings (and eventually other settings)

And again. "...a nursing home in Portland is responding to a COVID-19 outbreak that has infected 34 residents and 32 employees since May 14." 2/3 centralmaine.com/2023/06/08/por…

If we can find anyone from this facility, which shouldn't be too difficult, this would be a great start on setting precent for a class action lawsuit.

Here we go again. "...the facility has reported a total of 93 cases, including 76 residents and 17 staff. One resident who tested positive for COVID died after being transferred to the hospital..." 1/3 google.com/amp/s/www.star…

Is there a way to find out if any of these deaths came from the same nursing home? If they did, the families of the deceased may have the ability to take legal action

CDC reports eight more nursing home workers died of covid in the week ending June 4th. In the last 12 weeks, 108 nursing home workers were reported to have died from covid. cdc.gov/nhsn/covid19/l…

Nurse wins Long Covid compensation case, picks up infection at work A healthcare company has been held responsible in court for the financial impact suffered by a worker who developed Long Covid, in the first case of its kind in the Netherlands 👏🏻 dutchnews.nl/news/2023/03/n…

Working on it! Been in the process of collecting stories of folks w/ evidence of having caught covid in a medical facility or having lost a loved one because of same for a bit now. In the process of connecting those folks to resources. This has gone on long enough, unfortunately

Lawsuits should occur in the US, by all health care workers who were Sars-CoV-2 infected due to lack of hospital PPEs, being forced to wear Surgical Masks instead of N-95 Masks, and other, and who are now disabled, suffering from Long Covid, etc.

Legal precedent. This is relevant. Nurses, doctors, dentists, veterinarians. Medical care practicioners, please pay attention to your oath to "do no harm," as this could be you soon.

Does anyone have a copy of that meme (memes?) Referencing love languages during the pandemic being about being willingness to practice pandemic precautions? I can't remember what it said, I think it had a pink background, maybe? Possibly with the tag, 'safer together'? Tia!

Please call in to the White House today, tomorrow or Thursday and let them know you are disappointed Biden signed into law the end of the COVID emergency and want him to keep the public health emergency. 202-456-1111 Open 11-3 eastern. #KeepThePHE

Free webinar on April 10th about how to use the ADA if a healthcare facility you need to access is dropping masking or not using proper ventilation:

Passing along some critical info from an awesome fellow COVID fighter: If your hospital or health provider has dropped universal masking, you can fight back by knowing and using your ADA rights. See thread below.

Pretty sure the theme of Florida Pride this year just became Drag For Everybody/Well Isn't This A Drag!. As in, legit, everyone attending pride in Florida this year just dresses in drag as a (you guessed it) form of radical protest.

1,119,576 total covid19 deaths in the US alone. So far. Not counting long-covid deaths + disability. Where are we at with getting industrial-grade ventilation upgrades in buildings across the nation? Still planning to end the public health emergency in May?

220,000 deaths. If you hear nothing else I say tonight, hear this: Anyone who is responsible for that many deaths should not remain President of the United States.
