The Church is made up of Christians from a myriad of different professions, and yet their ordinary tales of God at work rarely get told. In this series, we bring you stories of faith on the frontline premierchristianity.com/thank-god-its-… @PaulTWoolley @liccltd

Imagine walking in the footsteps of Jesus, with a mission to make disciples - just as he did. Enjoying a brilliant week exploring this theme with @RevRouse and others at @LeeAbbeyDevon

“Christianity is a faith that’s always been clothed in action. Social action, at its best, addresses physical and relational needs, and speaks to someone’s view of themselves.” Listen to @jonkuhrt on The Whole Life Podcast 👇 linktr.ee/thewholelifepod

I’ve spent the last six months surrounded by death and dying. I don’t think legalising assisted dying is compassionate. It would make already incredibly vulnerable people even more vulnerable: licc.org.uk/resources/assi…

Labour MP Kim Leadbeater has introduced a Private Member's Bill that proposes to legalise assisted dying in England and Wales. She tells #R4Today Parliament 'has a duty' to make a decision on this issue.

Speaking with Jon was so interesting, helpful, and inspiring. He is definitely a whole milk man!

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them. #RemembranceSunday

And so we pray. Whatever the result had been, Psalm 20:7 should anchor us and motivate us to work for a better world. “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” #USAElection2024

Choice? One of the (many) problems with assisted dying is that people will feel they have no choice. Legalising assisted dying will make already incredibly vulnerable people even more vulnerable: bit.ly/40iMuxs

We have a wealth of experience in the new parliament, inc. MPs from a range of medical backgrounds. I met @PeterPrinsley @SimonforStroud @Sadik4pharmacy & @KevinMcKenna to hear the reasons why they support a change in the law to give terminally ill people choice at the end life

#AssistedDying is neither kind nor compassionate. It would make already incredibly vulnerable people even more vulnerable.

'I’ve spent the last 6 months surrounded by death. In two weeks I'll be at my dad’s funeral. Amid all this, one thing has become even clearer to me: legalising "assisted dying" is a retrograde step.' Read our CEO @PaulTWoolley's #ConnectingWithCulture: bit.ly/40iMuxs
