Yes, a fascinating exmple of charismatic mimicry!
Extremely interesting from the perspective of charismatic authority theory. With @PaulJoosse we wrote about mimicry as a strategy for sharing charismatic allure between char. leader and non-charismatic elites. In this case, we see how imitation works from leader to followers.
