Excited to share OCTCube (arxiv.org/abs/2408.11227), the first *3D* foundation model for retinal OCT images. OCTCube is trained on 26k 3D OCT volumes encompassing 1.62 million 2D images. OCTCube achieved significantly best performance on 27 out of 29 tasks.
I have many ideas including extending my work to incorporate task complexity...but not enough time in the day sadly. But Rylan has the most recent work I've done and we are extending it in the fine-tuning regime! Check my alignment coefficient work too dmlr.ai/accepted/ !
