On Tuesday, the Parma Heights Police Department held their first awards ceremony during the city council meeting with Mayor Marie Gallo to honor officers for extraordinary life-saving actions and acts of bravery—moments that truly define what it means to serve and protect.
Officer Eric Taylor began his career with Parma Heights Police Department in 2016. During his time he has served in many roles for the department. Yesterday, November 12 he was sworn in by Mayor Marie Gallo as Sergeant for the Parma Heights Police Department. Congrats.
Today Mayor Gallo welcomed the Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to Parma Heights. The Center represents a significant milestone in our community, serving as a beacon of connection, empowerment and growth for our deaf and hard-of-hearing members.
