They are. The govt’s response must be to send down police to arrest them and bring them up, so that they are prosecuted and jailed for their crimes. Govt cannot sit back and watch them die simply because they went in to do crime.

People have been killed and injured because of this nonsense. The police should have acted long ago. There should be a dedicated police unit, policing the taxi industry since they are a criminal cartel.
