Every June I get amused by the gifts from outgoing residents, case in point…as the caption says ”Make America Greek again”!!!

So sad I am not joining all my dear colleagues for this year’s ISTH Thailand, but at least relieved I didn’t have to be part of that farce of new hemophilia guidelines they rolled out. Am disappointed that some of my very respected colleagues were part of the group…..

Feeling very fortunate that we have a phenomenal congressman @RepJoeMorelle who knows healthcare legislation well and has been a great advocate for our hemophilia center @MMGHTC and the hemophilia community at large @nbd_foundation thank you congressman Morelle!

Thank you Glenn Pierce @gfp55 @wfhemophilia meeting for fighting the good fight against the @isth rollout of “new” hemophilia care guidelines which make an extremely egregarious false equivalence between SHL vis a vie EHL and emicizumab!!!!

I jokingly told my patient he has given me a lot of gray hairs so he gifted me a cap today to wear. Unfortunately it’s not covering them all up.!!

A statue and photo plaque from a patient – the myth (Asclepius) and reality (as a famous Greek restauranteur in Rochester used to say…I think of myself as a Greek god, but my wife thinks of me as a goddamn Greek!)!!
