Wee bit of personal news that I don't often share: today was my last therapy session and it's up to me now to keep making progress. Mental health is a wonderful, fragile thing and if you are struggling, know there's help out there. The NHS is an amazing thing.
Only crossed paths with Neil at the end of my time in Inverness but being sat across the desk from him was never dull. Full of tales, wit and with a great news sense. A true character of north journalism.
