Today’s @NLRB decision is a huge win for workers. Captive audience meetings have no place in a fair workplace. This ruling restores the freedom workers deserve to make their own choices about union representation without fear or intimidation.

BREAKING: The NLRB has just ruled that captive audience meetings are illegal nationwide. These are mandatory meetings where bosses try to persuade workers not unionize, often using coercive tactics.

We can’t believe we have to even say this but we’re going to break it down very simply for the CEOs and billionaires: One job should be enough.

The NLRB just ruled captive audience meetings are an unlawful violation of workers' right to organize. *Now* is the time to form a union - some common barriers have been removed and it'll take time for the new administration to undo these rulings. Get in touch, get organized.

Today, the Board ruled that, going forward, an employer will violate the National Labor Relations Act by requiring employees to attend captive-audience meetings in which the employer expresses its views on unionization under threat of discipline/discharge. nlrb.gov/news-outreach/…

It's clear the McCormick team doesn't think they have conclusively won #PASEN. Over the past few days: ✔️ Filed 2 lawsuits to throw out provisional ballots in Philly ✔️ Filed an appeal to the PA Supreme Court to disenfranchise PA voters ✔️ Running $100K + in desperate TV ads

In Pennsylvania, voters decide our elections. Not politicians or Wall Street millionaires who live in Connecticut. Every vote must be counted. #PAVotersDecide #PASen

Trump will continue to say tariffs are paid by other countries. They're not. A tariff is basically a sales tax passed onto consumers by importers. It's also regressive — taking a higher % out of the paychecks of working people than the wealthy. Hope that clears things up.

There are more than 100,000 ballots left to be counted in Pennsylvania that may impact the results of the election. Voters deserve to have every legal ballot counted.

Across our Commonwealth, close to 7 million people cast their votes in a free and fair election. The American democratic process was born in Pennsylvania and that process will play out.

Takeaways from Allegheny’s vote drop today in #PASen: ✅Mail ballots broke 83% for Casey, a higher rate than mail ballots so far ✅This drop includes 6% of Allegheny's 12,680 provisionals — so there's more still to come x.com/Allegheny_Co/s…

The elections results website has been updated to reflect the tabulation of 862 provisional and 2,467 military and overseas ballots (which are added into the "absentee" section of results). results.enr.clarityelections.com/PA/Allegheny/1…

Counting is continuing in #PASen today after a pause during the long weekend. Here’s what to keep in mind as we start to get more info. ⬇️

One simple trick that might make the next few years a little less terrible for the labor movement!!

FYI the Dems haven't yet confirmed Biden's last NLRB nomination — even though this would maintain a Democratic Board through late 2026
