I was out with two cadets test purchasing yesterday when we spotted a sus male in one of the shops. Kept eyes on from a distance, alerted colleagues (we were in plain clothes with no PPE) and detained. He pulled 11 bottles of Lynx from his trouser legs! 🤣🤣🤣

This bunnet is 365 days old today. I use it every day I'm at work and it's still absolutely fine and usable. One year tomorrow since I started as a Sergeant and I'm still loving it.

Today is the last day of my set (AL tomorrow). It's been long, hot and challenging. I don't know about the rest of the country but last night was the craziest Tuesday I've ever worked. Even the dispatcher was shouting up at the end of the shift to thank everyone for their effort!

When you turn the oven on, put the pizza in but forget to check which temperature you've set the oven to. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Do PSU boots make anyone else's ankle sore for days afterwards? It's not from them rubbing, it's an achy soreness. I only had them on for four hours on Saturday. 🥺

Treating my niece and nephew to @McDonaldsUK and we have been waiting 30 minutes for our food so far. Every other table has had their food brought to them. Apparently they shouted out our order number three times but the music is so loud we didn't hear them?!

I don't recommend helping a single crewed officer with an arrest when you're off duty, wearing shorts, vest top and sandals, and the suspect has ABD 🤣

I was given my last birthday present today. It was requested before my birthday but the publishing date was after so I had to wait. I can't wait to get stuck in @sharrond62 and I know a colleague is very interested too. 😍

This bun net is still going strong. It'll be eleven months of use on the 16th July! I'm hoping it makes it to a year! 🤣

two before they start looking too saggy and I chuck them. This one. This is the one I opened on my first day in my new role on 16th August 2023! I have used it every shift and training day since then and it's still going strong. When I had a load of hair chopped off,

Is anyone else on Mutual Aid for Op. Pledge in a week and a half?

Brave girl.

The police dog who died following an incident at Watermead Park yesterday (Wednesday) has been named as Police Dog Zyla. Tributes have been paid to PD Zyla today by the force. More information here - orlo.uk/GPdkO

Yesterday is in my top three of worst shifts ever. 😢

This post is unavailable.

Today... Roanne town and market, macarons and now the canal is fixed so we are cruising!

A walk along the canal basin and river this afternoon. We were forecast a thunder storm but it didn't arrive until much later and didn't even last an hour. Other than that, another glorious day. How I've missed the sunshine.

Another glorious day. Canal and river walk and out for a delicious dinner at Chez Nine. The video is an invention where you use the seesaw or a pump which squirts water out of the metal poles. The downside is that the person doing the hard work doesn't get wet! 🤣
