Punched and over seeded mine and my mother-in-laws. Used the stinger and a walk behind for right spots. Thank god for hydraulic down pressure and advil.

Considering the summer SE PA had (thus far) - the fescue has held up extremely well. Almost no density loss, has recovered well, and retained its colored for the most part throughout the summer. It did require a healthy fungicide program but very little NPK relatively speaking

In case any homeowners are wondering why it’s ok to do your aeration and seeding in Mid-August in southeast PA 👇. Longer nights!

Fescue has begun to heal post 5 week heat wave. Basically fully healed from Velocity apps as well.

The Velocity PM app seems to have run its course and the damage to the fescue seems to have been fairly limited. Did an app of Ferromec AC 15-0-0 @ 1oz/1000, Prudent 44 @ 1oz/1000, and secure fungicide @ .7oz/1000. Hopefully it’ll start to recover in the next week!

11 days post application of Velocity PM on poa trip at 2oz/acre. 2nd app will be in 3 days at the same rate. Important to note there has been some minimal damage to the fescue stand as well. @DelValTurf @NufarmUSTurf

Left half of the picture is 1 week post Velocity Pm app at 2 oz/acre. No significant damage to the fescue but certainly slowed its growth compared to non treated to the right. Also slowed the Poa Triv growth a ton. 2nd app will be this week (14 day interval). @DelValTurf
