My @solid_js 2024 Hackathon Submission For The Best SolidStart App Funnily, 2 out 3 libs that are being used in the video (pRPC & AuthJS || Pusher) was developed by me so it really was easy to make. Add me on HackChat hackchat-five.vercel.app/contact/cm1m7h…
Not complex but i thought its beautiful how i stole Vercel's ui into Solid, i haven't seen anyone implement something like this in @solid_js so check out the source code The Page With The Buttons: github.com/OrJDev/hackcha… The Page It Opens: github.com/OrJDev/hackcha…
Almost 2025 and still no one created a vscode plugin that narrows Solid’s <Show> type <Show when={auth.status() === "authenticated"} {auth.session().user.name} </Show> auth.session() is still nullable, impossible to narrow with just TypeScript types. Please create a plugin
Going to create a pRPC adapter for @tan_stack start, only changes would be the way we get the event request under the hood and use react query instead of solid query
Seems like there's a misunderstanding with AuthPC Auth is not required, its a server function utility library (basically adds middleware, data validation, type safe utilities, etc on top of your solid's server function) It was now renamed back to `pRPC` mediakit-taupe.vercel.app/prpc/introduct…
I just added AuthPC to Create JD App. This Example IS COMPLETELY SSR No unnecessary calls, maximum DX, Auth, Server Actions, Validation, Anything. github.com/OrJDev/create-… pnpm create jd-app@latest
Introducing: Solid Socket Signals meet WebSockets Create signals on the server, consume them on the client! WARNING: Highly Experimental Play with it, let me know what you think!
If you think that’s impressive, check out AuthPC which is my submission for the Best SolidStart Utility Part In The Hackathon mediakit-taupe.vercel.app/authpc/install
Check out this @solid_js data guide i wrote for the 2024 hackathon github.com/OrJDev/solidst… It covers the principles of Suspense, Data Loading & Preloading, Optimistic Updates, Caching, Server Actions and literally anything you could think of
