Yes. I doubt they will actually buff Goku Black like Goku & Frieza but I feel obligated to voice my concerns since this is an egregious release for Part 1 of the biggest/2nd biggest celebration of the year.
I think the only reason they buffed gofrieza the way they did is because they were the only premium unit to kick off 5th anni and them being underwhelming = less profits. In this situation, vegito is also there so i don't think they are loosing enough to consider buffing rose.
