Since `:has()` is now cross-browser 🥳 here's what's still my 🌟 top 🌟 use case for it: theme switching! In the very simple case, when we want to switch from a light to a dark theme, we switch `--dark` from `0` to `1` on the `body` when the dark theme option is selected.

Shuffling an array with a traditional array.sort() method would produce obviously biased results. The following code using Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm will both run faster and produce consistently unbiased results:

Either the German law cares about optimization, dislikes developers being too lazy to import fonts, or they actually care about user privacy. I respect all of the above, import your fonts people... Or you might get sued. thehackernews.com/2022/01/german…

Coding challenges instead of Captcha? Yes please!!! Of course this should be optional to avoid locking out 95% of your user base, but surely it would be my choice. Code Captcha: codecaptcha.io Also, funny video about Captcha: youtube.com/watch?v=WqnXp6…

You're done writing hundreds of lines of code, everything works and looks well, but you feel like you spaghettied a lot of the code. What's the feeling like? #javascript #webdeveloper #100Devs

Just finished watching @heyAustinGil live stream. Knowledgeable, experienced, solid coding practices, would recommend and would watch again!

Sometimes JavaScript seems weird, but no need to get confused: new Boolean(false) returns an object. any object in JavaScript which is not undefined or null will be considered true when being passed into a conditional statement. #webdevelopers #javascript
