Good morning @cacnigeria1 @IshaqHussainiM @RemitaNET We need answers - Why these issues? 1. RRR is not loading 2. Delays in name reservation approval 3. Delays in issuing the final CAC certificate 4. Unclear or unjustified queries/denials This portal used to be stable.
Jobs since the first week of July have been abandoned, several mails were sent yet no approval of what so ever,clients are doubting us for what we have no control of. Delayed in reservation and final approvals. CAC has been ripping us of our money,after been debited.
We make payments for Registration,we get charged by Remita and our Bank, CAC platform refuses to update payment after series of mails and days,we are faced to making another payment which now goes through, while we don't get a refund for the former,Remita says it's CAC to refund

@cacnigeria1 is anything the problem? Ordinary name reservation application is now taking almost a month. Ordinary Ltd Reg have been plagued with stamp duty payment problems for months now. No approval is issued, all works are in pending. Do you have shortage of staff?
