We had our inaugural @OU_Neurosurgery Chair’s Hike and Resident Retreat. It was a beautiful day for a hike and for us to re-charge, re-new, and reflect on the past, present, and future of our Department. Spending time with the residents is the best part of our jobs.

Using a retractor blades that mount to percutaneous screws makes so much sense for MIS-TLIF; create your goal posts with screws, retract with attached blades, and your disk is just above the lower screw. @OUHealth @OU_Neurosurgery @OUbabybrainMD @HakeemShakirMD
