Best chance for first flakes at the coast will be December 1st/2nd… the set up is there with plenty of cold and plenty of energy moving across the country. Thanksgiving storm seems to be another mountain event ! Stay tuned !
Real potential for 2 or 3 snow chances for New England starting later this week, through the beginning of December. Coastal areas may also get in on some action.
I’m thinking some peaks can see upwards of a foot from upslope snows late next week
GFS hinting at what I was saying earlier, get this Low off the coast and a little stronger, we’ll have ourselves a mountain storm
CMC (Left) GFS (Right) watching next Wednesday/Thursday for interior snow chance (mountains) trends have been east, if that Low can track off the coast and send cold air into the mountains we can have our first mtn storm of this winter !
