So happy to have had the privilege to compete at my first national track meet. Got a new PR in the 1500 and won heat 4 of 5 taking 13th overall. Now off to cross country. Go ERW!

Today I raced in the Sycamore Invitational at Kishwaukee College and my team finished first. It was a great day to race with my team and I ended up with a new pr! I got second overall running an 18:45. @WhipsRunning @ILXCTF @kougarathletics @GoCards @miami_athletics @UEvansville

Last night I raced in Detweiller at dark and had so much fun. I was able to run a new pr and finish 26th out of 671 runners! I can’t wait for this cross country season! @WhipsRunning

Off Season Training will begin next Monday, November 14. Training will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday directly after school for any off season athletes. Sessions will last an hour and fifteen minutes. Email Coach Jenisch with any questions.
