So @NousCon is already a thing except it isn't a thing. If it were more properly a thing, it would look like a hacker slumber party that may have games, usually involves planning other cons, and there are tons of speakers because no one ever shuts up.
You've been given $10,000 a set of conference rooms, and a weekend. You've been instructed that you must hold "your name"-Con. What do you do? What does the event look like? Are there games? panels? speakers?
