When we don’t set healthy boundaries for ourselves, and look out for the signs of fatigue and burnout Our body starts showing us signs… My hair was thin and falling out for years and still never did anything about it! #burnout #adhd linkedin.com/posts/kimallin…

Great topic to discuss Rachel! Yes, definitely still need to do the blue sky thinking/visionary planning also, but work in 90-day sprints where I focus on 3 major tasks looking to achieve, and break down into macro and micro tasks - it’s about doubling down in one area

If avoiding healing and working on yourself because it’s hard It’s more painful not to do the work It’s important to get comfortable with uncomfortable and work through it, to get to the other side It will be the best thing you ever do

Just because we don’t feel like doing something, or don’t feel we need to, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t… I used to live by this habit, but let it slip - now back to being a priority ✅ Even if working from home, have a shower and get dressed by 9am - it changes your mindset

One sign I was in ADHD burnout and not looking after myself? 1. My hair started to fall out Big wake-up call🚨

If we fall into a deep ADHD burnout, …it doesn’t just take a few days off to recover ❌ I’m a big believer in things happen for us, not to us and this experience has taught me much! So, very thankful for that 🥰 #burnout #ADHDAwarenessMonth

Woke up feeling terrible still and made a decision to start sourcing a PA to delegate work to. Just now had an e-mail with news about my Access to Work appointment. Universe working with me again 🙌🏻

Looking forward to joining this panel at 9.30am this morning!

Feeling good after taking 10 days out, spending lots of time with friends, daily walks, pilates, eating lovely food, and good sleep…a reminder to not let burnout take hold like that again

Look forward to being part of this discussion 🙌🏻 Being an entrepreneur/business owner can be challenging at the best of times - but even more so with ADHD!

Great chatting to you!

There’s always positives to bad situations - we just need to look for them Keeping my battery only topped up to just 10%, has not worked for me My laptop dying was shit, but made me take time away with friends and already feel the energy powering up 💙

I read yesterday on a post that the 2 top hiring buzzwords were: ‘Stability and Reliability’ This feels so backwards… Does this hinder ADHD’ers and ND talent being able to secure projects and positions? #jobsearch #hiring #Neurodiversity linkedin.com/posts/kimallin…

Need to buy a new laptop. I’ve had MacBook Airs for years, but toying with an iPad Pro now I need to replace - good idea or best to stay with a Mac?!

Anyone with Ethlers Danlos (or suspected) being assessed or diagnosed with pEDS? I feel I’m just picking up letters this year #EDS #ADHD

When we commit to something, and have others hold us accountable - it can feel uncomfortable - it can challenge us - it may not go 100% according to plan But…it gets done Man, getting TASK and the challenge set up has been way more challenging than thought, but worth it! 💫

Us ADHD’ers 💯 need to set false deadlines, ahead of real deadlines…
