Norway will recognize Palestine as a State. A two-state solution is the only viable pathway to peace for both Israel and Palestine. At this critical juncture, our recognition comes in support of the work towards a comprehensive plan for regional peace.

Historic decision in the @UN General Assembly! Norway is proud to have co-sponsored a strong resolution strengthening Palestine in the UN & calling on the #UNSC to reconsider the matter of Palestine’s membership. This is an important milestone towards a two-state solution.
