I don't remember the last time I talked to a client. I've delegated 100% of my business, giving myself complete time freedom. Sometimes it feels like I don't even have a business running because I do nothing all day. Eliminate or delegate.

Bali is an amazing place to be. The quality of life I've enjoyed here is better than any other place I've lived so far. You can quickly join meetups and connect with like-minded people. It costs only about $600 a month to get a really good living space, office, and gym here.

As a business/agency owner: If you make $10k a month, that's $62 an hour. If you spend 2 hours a day on repetitive time-consuming tasks, you're wasting a whooping $32,240 a year. Do you still think hiring a VA is an "expense" ? It is an investment in your time.

If you're an agency owner, remember: You cannot truly scale your business until you can automate or delegate atleast 80% of your daily tasks. I have delegated 100% of my business that allows me to do whatever I want with my time. Build a business – not a prison.

Automate or delegate 99% of your business. Do the 1% that you actually love doing.

As an agency owner: Time can be your biggest ally. But time spent doing client-work, gives you the lowest returns. Hire a premium VA and start delegating your headaches, build a system that automates 99% of your business. Make time your ally.

If you are an agency owner still doing client-work, Stop exchanging your time for money. Either automate or delegate.

Delegation is key for a higher quality life I spent last 2 months in Bali without having to spend a minute on my business You don't have do all the client-work by yourself – all that headache can be delegated to free up your time entirely Start delegating small, then go big

Jordan is doing all our backend operations One of the best investments ever

Recently realized that we just helped 1 client go from $0 to $50k MRR by handling their entire backend operations. With all the hours he saved, he build a successful marketing agency. Imagine wasting 50 hours a week doing tasks that a VA can do with their eyes closed.

I made $1,000 while I was stuck in the Himalayas with no internet for 4 days. How on earth that happened? While I was completely disconnected, my team of VAs: - Continued outreach - Found an ideal prospect - Booked a call & closed them. Premium VAs = more money in the bank.

If you're a business owner, remember: - Starting a business is easy. - Consistently growing your business is hard. - Removing yourself from operations is the hardest. Effective delegation = higher quality of life.

When you finally hire a VA to free yourself.. Monday afternoons be like..

Most people have been burned by low-quality VAs. Many of them have lost hope that they will ever hire again, but a few of them are smart enough to: • Talk to an expert. • Learn about managed VAs. .. these are the ones who eventually ends up mastering the art of delegation.

I'll be in the Himalayas next week. 16,000 feet above sea level. No more distractions. No more noises. Just me with my satellite phone, snow covered mountains, and a bunch of deals to close... It's gonna be epic, bro. Stay tuned. 🙌🏼

don't be an idiot who treats their VAs like shit "pay them as little as possible" i hear some one say the other day, seriously that puts me off big time of course, you should pay them according to the value they bring into your business, but you're forgetting that they are…
