Left: Before kettlebell training. I was weak in body, mind, and spirit. I hated myself and was too weak to pursue my dreams. Right: Through kettlebell lifting, I gained muscle, self-respect, and mental strength. I respect myself and my body and have achieved my wildest dreams.

I just came back from a little break on here and it's surprising to see how many accounts are not active anymore or how many people stopped posting.

20 km tempo intervals this morning. Focusing more on speedwork the next few weeks to lay the foundation for a fast 2025 season.

Ultrarunning is a lot like life. There will always be problems. Wishing it wasn't so won't help you. Acceptance, adaptability and taking ownership will.

Reflecting on the past 4 years of ultrarunning, I feel immense gratitude for my body and the gift of life. Every race I have done was a celebration of how running transformed my life. At 39 I feel more confident, alive and excited about life than ever before.

20K morning run done. Hot coffee earned. Winter warrior mode activated.

"Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring." - Marilyn Monroe

"I'm not athletic" - my old story. "I'm an ultra runner" - my new reality. Changed mindset led to changed results.

Had a super nice call with a potential new coach last night. Excited to go after big ultrarunning dreams in 2025.

The gifts God gave you aren’t for you but for others.

Learn to love every day. See the beauty in the mundane. Then you have a fulfilling life.

Running is hard. Not running is harder.

True fulfillment comes from unwavering dedication. Truly embracing your goals empowers you to confidently decline distractions and stay laser-focused on your ultimate purpose.

I have moved a lot of things I wanted to do this weekend to next weekend. After weeks of cold and rain, spring has finally returned and I decided to spend as much time outdoors as possible this weekend 😁✨

The more you try to do hard things, the more you want to do hard things.

Only when you dare to delve deep within can you awaken to your true potential.

No matter what trail you're on and how far you still have to go, always remember that the true goal of traveling lies in staying present, not rushing to the final destination, while missing out on the beauty around you.

Biohacking is bs. Just saying.
