Nearly a decade after the foundation of special relativity, Albert Einstein submitted his paper 'The Field Equations of Gravitation' for publication #OnThisDay in 1915, which gave the correct field equations for the theory of general relativity.

A thirst trap is a social media post, such as a selfie or video, that is intended to attract attention or make people sexually interested in the person in the photo. The term is often used to describe a post that is posted coyly.

At this point, Apple has no real plan to meaningfully update AirPods Max. The headphones aren’t a hot enough seller to justify new R&D, but they’re also not a big enough flop to kill them. If you’ve been to an overpriced gym in LA/NYC, you can see the $550 device has a market.

Rabbi Kogan was not “found dead”, he was murdered. There is a disturbing pattern whereby some in the media — and particularly the @nytimes — downplay antisemitic acts. It must be called out and addressed.

People are often surprised to learn that it is standard for companies to preinstall spyware on work computers (often surveilling passively / for security). AI can “improve” this significantly. It is good hygiene to not login to or mix anything personal on company computer.

New workplace dystopia just dropped. AI monitoring software now flags you if you type slower than coworkers, take >30sec breaks, or checks notes have a consistent Mon-Thu but slightly different Friday. Bonus: It's collecting your workflow data to help automate your job away.

DICK VAN DYKE will turn 99 in about three weeks (December 13th). He goes to the gym regularly, remains active with projects, and is still available for acting roles. Some people should just be allowed to live forever.

Has any man suffered as much for his superstardom as Daniel Craig?

“I think anybody who becomes famous who’s got half a heart, I think you kind of mourn your previous life.” In an interview with @IChotiner, Daniel Craig discusses the paranoia and loss of freedom he felt after his first James Bond movie came out. nyer.cm/aiHqQda
