We have just submitted a draft document to the IETF about deprecating RADIUS/UDP. datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft…
Very excited to be starting on Monday at @CrowdStrike A significant change of direction and area of focus for me. After six and a half years in the 802.11 wireless networking industry, I am moving over to be in endpoint security mainly focusing on Windows platform escalations.
iOS 16 finally lets your edit the “Known Networks List” on your device! I had hundreds in there, many I haven’t used in years.
I just got a phishing email for an nft site. Something sold for '3 eth' allegedly. How did the internet get so dumb, where people selling nothing, using made up money, are having the nothing stolen. Presumably to be sold for made up money.
I thoroughly suggest to avoid Evri/myHermes for parcel shipping and to go elsewhere. Truly kafkaesque and dead end - impossible to speak to a human to fix their mistakes. Today, no first delivery attempt attempted, yet tracked as being tried three times and going back to sender.
Had another report of a WPA3 (SAE) only SSID not working with some Windows 10 (21H2)/Windows 11 clients. (Transition mode disabled, no PSK AKMs offered.) tl;dr Intel's 8260/8265 do not support WPA3 features with their latest drivers. No plans to support. intel.co.uk/content/www/uk…
Yuck

I released the first version of WiFi Explorer ten years ago, on January 17, 2012. Read about the history of WiFi Explorer in this short blog post: intuitibits.com/2022/01/17/hap… #wifi #apple #macOS
It is really difficult for the average person to fully conceive of how useless NFTs are. We're primed for reason. If people are making so much noise about this technology-- if it IS technology, at all-- then surely it does SOMETHING... right?
2. @ChromeDevTools launched a new Recorder panel that allows anyone to record a user journey and view all the actions taken, such as navigations, keypresses, link clicks, etc. developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/…
What exactly is kerning? What is spacing? How are they different? Let’s talk about it! THREAD 🧵:
I'll stick with an iPhone XS and Series 4 watch for another year then. There's not enough that is tangibly improved with the iPhone 13 or the Series 7 to motivate a refresh for me this year, especially given the prices.
Ouch
After joining my personal WiFi with the SSID “%p%s%s%s%s%n”, my iPhone permanently disabled it’s WiFi functionality. Neither rebooting nor changing SSID fixes it :~)
