Some good insight here that I want to just highlight. It’s not only players who develop and then move on in MLSNP, it’s also the coaches as well. That understandably leads to fairly high turnover with coaches as they also seek their next career progression.
On Feilhaber, it's sad but I can understand if he wants to try being "the guy" somewhere instead of the coach of SKCII. And based on his comments, that's where he wants to get eventually. Would have loved to keep him, but most MLSNP teams don't hold onto coaches long.
