It’s the official, unofficial strategy (this and other issues). That way councillors/higher paid staff can swerve the complicated issues and just blame the residents and lack of funding! Meanwhile working in silo towards their own personal goals (whatever that end goal might be)

It’s almost laughable, the residents dumping rubbish on their own doorsteps will eventually prevent themselves access to their own flats @NewhamLondon

Waste of time and money! Try keeping that litter free! Typically! @NewhamLondon @rokhsanafiaz

Imagine having to live next door to this! And when I reported this issue to @NewhamLondon they told me they didn’t have the budget for more bins for the flat above on the barking Rd, this is Dickens Rd E6! The poor people that live next door!

@NewhamLondon why every bank holiday do we have to put up with piles of uncollected rubbish! I would be livid if I lived in one of the corner houses that newham street cleaners stack the streets rubbish against! It just encourages extreme anti social behaviour!

One of the biggest frustrations my residents in Green Street West have is the amount of illegal fly-tipping that takes place here. As a Council, we are working really hard to target fly-tippers. Here’s some examples of what we’re doing:

‘I take it back!!!’ been past the last few weeks and it’s really made a difference especially now the plants are in (more of the same) @NewhamLondon @rokhsanafiaz

@NewhamLondon @rokhsanafiaz @NewhamRecorder just when you thought Newham council couldn’t be anymore clueless, they go and waste money on this! Give me strength!! We need bike bunkers, community garden support etc, etc. And this is what they come up with!

The bin men finally came.. brilliant!! However they left a fair mess behind.. this rubbish fell out of my neighbours bin and it was just left to add to the already filthy streets! Bitter sweet..@NewhamLondon @rokhsanafiaz @NewhamRecycles @newhampplpower

Thank you for using the temporary waste drop-off sites. This helps reduce waste on the streets during strike action. You will find an interactive map to help you locate your nearest drop-off site at orlo.uk/6q3Hm
