We also need to acknowledge and heal the negative traits of our good ancestral spirits. They also had duality and vices that we have to manage and heal. Addictions like snuff. Anger issues in warriors, relationship issues because of polygamous mindsets... All of these affect us.
Mudzimu is the spirit of an ancestor that has chosen (and has been tasked by the Creator) to return to our world to provide guidance and healing to the family and community. Not all of our ancestors are good therefore not all are given this great task, know the difference 🙏🏾
Forgiveness = Lettings go of that negative energetic tether that bound you to that person or situation in the first place. Be free of it all, it has never served U. Do not seek or wish for retribution, it is a fools errand like drinking poison & expecting the other person to die

When someone hates & resents you, it is THEIR burden to carry not yours. By receiving & acknowledging that negative energy it then transfers into you & grows like a cancer because a part of you is open to it. You give spiritual permission for negativity to manifest in your life!
