After COVID, I think there is one, singular important characteristic that every Public Health official with any power should have: MODESTY. The arrogance of Fauci et al has caused massive damage. The ability to admit your wrongs MATTERS. A LOT.

We are grateful for this endorsement by @flowidealism!

@NatlAssnParents of parents led by @DavidDeLugas has long been committed to defending parents rights against state abuse. I’ve known David for years-he is a principled, committed, and capable attorney. His organization is definitely worth supporting so that they can support…

No. His older siblings and grandfather who lives in the in-law suite lower level were all home. Yet, when she asked for time to have someone come over did you hear the Deputy state that DFCS would come take the kids? And did you hear the Deputy say it IS illegal for a 10 year old…

So... did they remove her from the home and leave the boy home alone - "recklessly endangering" him?

There will be speculation and also false information (dare we say "misinformation") posted, having read everything from the Sheriff's Office AND watching the body-cam released (a few body cam video seem to be "missing"), we are 100% (not 99%) certain no crime was committed! Thank…

Thanks, @billybinion, for getting more eyes on this story. While we do not agree that the State DFCS has the authority to command parents to follow its "Guidelines," the Guidelines state a child 9 to 12, as her son was, can be alone for up to 2 hours. This child was "gone" for…

I can't get over this story. A local law enforcement agency is trying to force a mom to put a location tracker on her son—and if she doesn't, they're threatening to prosecute her. Because her kid walked less than a mile by himself. It's almost too crazy to be real. And yet.

We do not agree that the State DFCS has the authority to command parents to follow its "Guidelines." But, the Guidelines state a child between 9 and 12 (as her son was) can be alone for up to two (2) hours. This child was "gone" for less than one hour! abuse.publichealth.gsu.edu/child-supervis…

Child Protective Svcs wants mom to sign "Safety Plan" saying she will always know where he son is, and will install--as caseworker watches to confirm--a tracking app on her son's phone. So it begins. I have long said someday it will be illegal NOT to track your kids.

Please consider the words of @Kerry_edu as gold. She knows that of which she opines. If you have a different POV, please back it up with facts. Otherwise, please consider that, as with many aspects of the Federal-States relationship, education belongs to each state.

Please, everyone, learn about our Constitution. Help keep America out of wars (regardless of which party holds the Presidency). Listen to @SenRandPaul @KelleyAshbyPaul

Madison had it right: The executive branch is most prone to war. Therefore, the Constitution vested that power in the legislature!
