Al Carius has been the figurehead of the North Central College men's distance program for over 54 years. In that time, he's compiled 19 team national championships (an all division record), 127 all America awards, and a casual 46 conference titles in a row - that's just in XC.

Elias Soto has joined our team as an assistant coach! He is a 2x Semi-State qualifier in XC with a PR of 16:43 and is a 2x State qualifier in track. He is a school record holder in the 4x800 with an 800 PR of 1:58.44. It’s great to have a former runner back to work with the team!
