Blessing of the bicycles at the Cathedral of St John The Divine in #NYC today. I pray for extensive, inclusive safe, segregated biking infrastructure in our city & remember those we have lost because of our failure to protect them from cars. @TransAlt @ITDP_HQ @
Large trees absorb pollutant gases - carbon monoxide, nitrogen; sulfur oxides; filter fine particulates - dust, dirt, or smoke out of the air by trapping them on leaves; bark. The cutting down of trees in Nairobi will increase cases of respiratory diseases. #DaimaGreenSpaces.
