New NI wage data from @NISRA Earnings increase 4.1% in real terms in 2024, but heavily skewed toward part time wage which grew 4.8% while Full time wages only grew 1.2%. Female full time wages actually fell 1.6%! nisra.gov.uk/publications/a…
