What disease (or type of disease) is this? 20 year old female college student is very fatigued. Sleeping all the time for the last 6 months. Her muscles are sore. She feels weak. She can’t ride a bike and has trouble with stairs. Goes to the ER, LFTs elevated and CK =60K.

Joint Hypermobility is documented in #NDPH. Bartonella is documented in some #NDPH. Here Bartonella appears to trigger joint hypermobility. Advanced bartonella is difficult to test for. Is an agressive anti-bartonella chemotherapy justified in #NDPH.
