We feel the same Gov. Cooper! Great surprise at the Global Advantage Forum put on by Go Global NC and hosted by RTI International. Gov. Cooper honored Sec. Marshall’s decades of public service as Secretary of State, a public school teacher, small business owner, and attorney.

Today, Gov. Cooper presented @NCSecState Elaine Marshall with the Order of the Long Leaf Pine at the NC Global Advantage Forum. She is an extraordinary leader, and she made history as the first woman elected to a statewide, executive branch office.
