Great work Abby and Jess. Really important to highlight the downstream consequences of antibiotics started before neutropenia and begin to develop a stewardship approach!
Excited to see this out in the world! Great work from Dr Jess Chiodo-Reidy and all. Pre-neutropenic fever in AML and alloHCT is common, rarely has an infective cause and leads to a lot of antimicrobial use. More work in this space needed @NCICancer @monicaslavin @NCAS_Aus #txid
