A good breakfast is the most crucial part of any healthy weight-loss effort, as it revs up your energy level & metabolism for the full day.


Workout smart! Don't skip the warmup or the the cool down. Both important parts of the entire #workout.


Get your #mind right and your body tight.


With a #positive mind, you can do anything.


You gotta #fight for what you want.


Always keep a gym bag with extra clothes, shoes, headphones & a towel just in case you have spare time 2 make it 2 the gym!


Don't worry so much about WHEN you workout (am vs. pm), just get that workout in. Adhering to, and being consistent is more important.


You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow, I know what I would choose.


You won't get far if you only #workout the days you feel good.


Reminder: Drink lots of #water!


#Sweat is just fat crying.


Repeating the same unhealthy habits is not ok-- learn from them!


Don't wait until you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of each step you take toward reaching that goal.
