Another example of resisted sprinting with @ExceedSPF athletes in Massachusetts. They were the first facility to acquire the Dynaspeed, and soon several colleges and pro teams will follow. If you are a professional, college, or scholastic coach, contact us today!

Definitely more to explore regarding the human foot in relationship to sprint performance “In summary, it is concluded that foot kine- matics during the contact phase of a sprint for each stride provide useful information on the foot performance during the actual sprint” 🇳🇴 🇪🇸 👌

We are all systems go… looking forward to what information we will gather here with the @MuscleLabSystem contact grid. Many thanks for the tips @sprintcoachSWE

This kind of data could instantly be reported using LaserSpeed at the combine 40y, naturally distances in meter would be replaced by yards🤔

MuscleLab users @houndsspeed and @grahamsprints using the Bullet Belt with precision and purpose.

Nice little movement day between intense sessions. Finally putting the Bullet Belts to good use as well.

Very early, will let you know how it develops. The @MuscleLabSystem and it’s DynaSpeed software allows all sort of interesting settings, only limited by us coaches imagination😉

A good way to study innovation is to look at the past and judge the differences. 30 years of athlete performance and still stronger than ever.

Laser+IMU system is valid and accurate, which can be used easily in training and competition to obtain step‐by step kinematics and give direct feedback of this information during training and competition. mdpi-res.com/d_attachment/s… - yes, same algorithms are used with DynaSpeed+IMU

For those coaches who use video analysis, integrating MuscleLab is easy and practical. The use of 2-3 synchronized cameras or just one placed properly can make a big difference in saving time and getting the right information for training and coaching.

All drills regardless of origin can be properly quantified and evaluated using the right tools. Drills such as the low step-over might benefit from adjusting the strike point slightly further out and allowing for higher vertical motion depending on goals.

Ankle dribbles walk through ➡️ 25% power into the ground ➡️ negative foot strike ➡️ foot lands directly under hip

Sprinting wind assisted is great but some days no wind🧐 No problem, just bring out the DynaSpeed by @MuscleLabSystem

Great example of using sprint profiles from coach @les7spellman this week. Using the laser sprint all of the information is available immediately with no extra programming or exporting of data!
