It’s clear from the report that Bishop of Lincoln knew about the abuse yet did nothing to protect the vulnerable. It’s a huge safeguarding issue as he was complicit is sweeping it under the rug. He should resign.
I remember well being asked to take my daughter to a support group to discuss/support/ demonstrate to mums to be about breast feeding. I can see some benefits of husbands/partners attending maybe one specific session but it is opening the door to as @jk_rowling to the fetishists

It’s so cold! Right now even if Jonny Depp was at my front door wishing to take me out for breakfast I would not move from under the duvet. Hubby slept in a spare room so I could sleep in peace (he has a cold & snoring for Britain). Then again 🥶😍

Anyone in authority who knew about an abuser and did not act properly so that abuse continued should resign. Then a reset, a reset that begins with making Safeguarding in the CofE independent of the CofE. Isn’t that obvious?
Totally agree with @AlisonMoyet narrative. She is a stunning woman & has an enchanting caring personality. Like the majority she will age with class & no doubt still turn heads & still have the class to make others feel special. If you can’t give anything give some kindness.
Elsewhere on Twitter a female personality criticising another woman for the perceived crime of looking older than her years. Cancer treatment aside, dissing another woman’s face is far worse a look than any wrinkle surely coming our way.
It’s been an emotional weekend. #RemembanceDay for me are about experiences of my clients with Combat PTSD. I think about them often today. Look at the cap badges & feathers they have given me which I treasure. I used to love walking alongside my father during parade.
