Women play a crucial role in driving economic growth and development. Attended the Church of God Women convention Meeting in Butere and reaffirmed my administration's commitment to advancing women's empowerment.
The empowerment program is still in progress. Had a fruitful meeting with the self-help groups from Matungu Constituency. The top of the agenda was empowerment to ensure we create a just environment and an equitable society for sustainability and economic growth.
Today, I had the honor of joining Homabay Governor Gladys Wanga and other esteemed leaders to pay our last respects at the funeral of Mr James Okumu Oyiengo in Khwisero. He will be remembered as a dedicated and visionary man who always put his family and church first. MHSRIP
