Palestinians have loads of terrorist factions to choose from - the PFLP, Hamas, Islamic Jihad - just to name three. But there is not a single functioning Palestinian peace group. Not one. There is nobody for Israel to make peace with.

I’m the father of a murdered child whose killer is kept free by a US ally with self-evident US consent. People naturally expect me to be nuts. So let me ask you non-nuts: Do you know any other case where the US chooses to not pursue an indicted fugitive killer of Americans?

7½ years ago, a Jordanian court invalidated the kingdom's 1995 keystone US treaty, covering extradition of fugitives so they face trial where the prosecutors want them. It's not invalid; everyone knows it. But unpublicized US policy means @USEmbassyJordan never raises the issue.
A pity @USEmbassyJordan says nothing about another pact made between the Clinton Admin and Jordan: the 1995 bilateral extradition treaty. In 2017, to block US prosecutors from trying Jordanian fugitive #AhlamTamimi for terror crimes, Jordan declared it invalid. It's not.
