Abuse is community effort. Abusers would not be so brazen if they were working alone. They are as brazen as they are bcos they know they have a whole community of pple behind them. They exist as they do bcos they know their victims are always going to be bullied for speaking up.

The Karen Nyamu video on the TL is honestly why I stan women. The ability to notice and address pertinent issues one has with an individual whilst still maintaining enough empathy to care for their safety as a human being is such an incredible skill. Not celebrated enough.❤️

Truly love how he's commited to throwing his cabinet secretaries under the bus 😂😂 Wasn't that CS quoted earlier today claiming the deal will go on as expected? Sasa Ona 💀💀💀

This country is basically the world's corruption capital.

Bring back shame, embarrassment, and knowing where to draw the line. These people have no limits.

CS Opiyo Wandayi: The emerging report of indictment of Adani over corruption will not affect the delivery of the Ketraco-Adani electricity deal

I think it is time we speak up about how women get harrased na makanga tao. The constant groping as you walk down Moi avenue needs to end. @SakajaJohnson women cannot walk in CBD without getting touched. Day 1 of me trying to ask other people to rally againt this shit.

1:The scenes at city mortuary. The faces of those mothers will live in me forever. The screams are always going to be raw/fresh in my memory. 2: The broad based government. I understood the political class in its entirety is completely rotten and devoid of any ethical standards.

What radicalised you against the government? What was that one thing which you couldn't move past?

I wish they knew how much unnecessary bureaucracy and micromanagement sabotages/stifles the creative process. Yes, a creative will give you what you want but it won't be their best work. Artists create best when they are operating from a place of freedom and complete autonomy.

I’ve always felt like agencies are complicating digital work with too much unnecessary things just before you post your work. And it’s a space I don’t think I want to be in for long.

Again, I find it funny that instead of some people contributing the stories of their community they expend their energies in delegitimizing our story. It is because these people actually DON’T KNOW their history. They are aware that it must exist but they just don’t know it!

You don't find it suspicious that the history of other communities during colonial times barely exists, ama mnaonanga walikua wamejificha Ethiopia wakingoja mmalizale kupigana na wazungu?

You need to stop believing that a revolution can happen when people are obsessed with personalities. So what if they're traitors? Can nothing happen without them? What principle are you offering other than who to hate?

This!! They genuinely believe women dying is a non issue. They are unbelievably irritated that women are not okay with being murdered or okay with living with the fear of being murdered. They are surprised we think we matter. #EndFemicideKE

Why are they questioning the march against femicide? #EndFemicideKE -Because they’re surprised we think we matter -Because they believe we’re alive due to their benevolence -Because we are damn good at organising, and they are not (envy) -Because they’re misogynists

The problem is a lot of men are okay with women being murdered and raped everyday. The problem is a lot of men believe violence towards women is warranted. The problem is that the difference between a lot of Kenyan men and the Taliban is our constitution. #EndFemicideKE
