Not all polling units have security personnel per polling unit. I'm aware of this because I know friends who have gone to thick villages to conduct elections without any security personnel in site. You talk because u are only conversant with towns and open communities.

Neither have mine shifted. And you are yet to show me how Two INEC officials seated and conducting elections at the front of a long queue of voters , would magically know who and who sold his/Her votes at the BACK of a noisey area and then prevent them from voting as u claimed.
I don't know how many EFCC agents are deployed to polling units, just as I don't know how many Police officers are deployed to polling units.. Security agencies don't disclose this. One thing I know for a fact is that EFCC Operatives are deployed to polling units. Try again.
