Today marks our last day at Mooki. 8 years of love and devotion to our little brand. Handing over the reigns to Danny and Jennifer. We wish them the best and we believe they will take Mooki forward into the future 🥰

Planning on turning these bad boys into a dust with a tiny pinch of 5 spice and chilli flakes. Gonna be great on the belly once sliced.
Just slow roasted some pork belly in what I am calling an “oyster sauce jam” for the ramen bowl special tomorrow.
