Staff in the school where I was a headteacher did not congregate in the staff room with alcohol. Instead they went home exhausted, washed their clothes and experienced two emotions, a sense of duty and worry in case they had brought Covid home with them. How dare you!

Just left #ReclaimTheseStreets vigil. I went to connect with women in our shared grief but it was ruined by men’s behaviour — the man who occupied stage with megaphone who wouldn’t leave, photographers + cameramen inches away, refusing to stop and chatting through minute silence.

A Met cop is accused of kidnapping and murdering Sarah Everard, so the Met police attack the vigil and violently arrest women who came out. It doesn't matter where in the world--NYC, London, or Lagos--the police are brutal thugs that need to be abolished into a unpleasant memory
