I found this amazing gem in my book basket yesterday. My children absolutely loved this book and were begging me to read chapters to them each day. I can’t wait to share it with my new class in September! #edutwitter @KateDicamillo
It took us a few hours but it was worth it!! A guide to what our school is going to look like upon return...
Is there anything more exciting than a stationary order? Especially coloured sharpeners! This morning we were busy making individual packs for all our children #1weektogo @SsLove2learn
Today we received our COVID antibody testing. It will be very interesting to see the staff results!
Any teacher feel completely out of the loop with TikTok? The children seem to be obsessed with it recently. I’ve been taught three dances by the children this morning that last around 10 seconds and consists of flapping your hands around then clapping 🙈 #feelingold #edutwitter
My paper/cutting skills have definitely been put to the test in the hub this morning. Think I need a bit more practice 🙈
This mornings amazon order brought a new lovely book in readiness for my next set of Year 3’s in September. Although a tad on the FP side, I still think this would be perfect to share with children on their first day and also a great hook for letter writing #amyhusband
What a fantastic read! I bought this book as some of my children do not have enough confidence in themselves and their skills, particularly during art lessons. I can’t wait to share it with the children, I’m sure it will inspire them. Great work! @peterhreynolds

Over the last few weeks, I have been accumulating books which have a focus on anxiety, grief and mental health as some of our children have felt the impact of the virus first hand. This is by far my favourite. I’m sure it will provoke some important discussions @MichaelRosenYes
I’ve finally caved and created an account for my teaching recommendations and to share good practice seen by others and my colleagues! It’s only taken me 4 years 🙈
A fantastic range of books that help tell the history of #BlackLivesMatter and help children reflect on themselves. Our favourite is ‘Riley can be anything’ buttonandbear.co.uk/post/we-must-b…
