What an absolute disgrace @marksandspencer are ! Could not even be bothered to let me know my Mother’s day gift to my mum had not been sent as ‘there was a problem’ with it and couldn’t deliver until March 17th ! This was ordered in March 2nd, clearly over stretched themselves.
