I get a lot of grief from federal civilian workers any time I rip on them. The typical refrain is "Hey there are a lot of us who work hard, you're not being fair." To which I say: "Most federal jobs do not cause good, they cause harm. The mere existence of these jobs steals…
They aren't net tax payers. They can find real jobs and become productive members of society, or they can go on the dole and remain a drain on each of us. The benefit is that they will no longer believe that they are getting your money because they deserve it.
Quick question - when 3 million civil servants lose their jobs, can’t pay their bills, taxes, contribute to the economy….how does that HELP the economy?
