If Covid-19 doesn't kill a business, the wave of frivolous litigation might. Here is my rundown of the first draft of the GOP's draft bill to protect medical providers, nonprofits, and businesses from dubious claims of liability. cavitch.com/senate-gop-rol…

For my Stow friends ... Reach out to your councilmembers and tell them to REJECT bad charter amendments. Here's my rundown of the pro-Politician proposals: mikerasor.com/my-take-on-pro…

We had women from all seven counties in OH-14 join our Women for Dave virtual coffee chat this weekend! I look to these community, business, and faith leaders to provide guidance to my campaign so that I can continue focusing on issues that matter to all families across NE Ohio.

Weak, @joethomas73 ! Gotta get some @SagiKalev motivation in your life

I know you’re not calling me out with those baby dumbells. I’m gonna let you live to fight another day🤣

Ridiculous response... 1) cash is fungible; they had $330k budgeted for salary, and now its freed up for campaigns. 2) parties aren’t eligible for PPP in the first place; ODP is not a 501c3, and not a veterans org. Someone needs to confront them on the law and demand rebuttal

Asked ODP if this changes what they'll do with the loan. "I don't have anything new on this at this time," @kirstinalv said. ODP has said the money was used for salaries and benefits, and not direct campaigning. But PPP rules allow some of the money to be used for other things.

Racist ideas cannot be used to fight racist ideas. Racist ideas only perpetuate more racist ideas. Only anti-racist ideas can be effective in fighting racist ideas. All racist ideas should be called out and exposed for what they are... racism

Nick Cannon says white people are "a little less," "closer to animals," "the true savages," "acting out of a deficiency so the only way they can act is evil." When does he get canceled?

Well deserved!!! Let’s get it @MylesLGarrett

The #Browns and star pass-rusher Myles Garrett are closing in on a 5-year extension worth $125M, sources say. Another massive deal, this time for $25M in new money per year. Their top priority of this offseason and they are in the final stages. 💰💰💰

It’s not merely about “intent.” The money is explicitly NOT allowed for political parties. It’s misappropriation. Someone will have to answer for why they took the money, and more importantly, why they kept it after mine and other’s tweets informing them of what the law says.

Hey @TimRyan, you seem pretty upset by this. Have you seen that @ohdems have taken over $300k in taxpayer money intended for struggling small businesses? nationalreview.com/news/ohio-demo…

When @ohdems applied for #PPP, and didn't see their ineligibility as an obstacle, it required a false certification on the application, which exposes the party (and the application's signer) to heavy criminal penalties. Probably time to #payitback @Yost4Ohio @SBAgov @DavidPepper

Of course not. But it’s not merely a question of “should they have” from an optics point of view. SBA regs have barred political parties from taking these loans from the get-go. At this point, it is fraud on govt to keep the money. See regs on nonprofit: sba.gov/sites/default/…

For those of you who need an answer key, the answer is NO.

I was similarly appalled by this when I read it yesterday
