Ontario taxpayer: I can’t find a family doctor. Ford government: Here is a map to help you locate alcohol.

Over 23 years and thousands of patients with problem drinking, I cannot recall anyone tell me they had trouble finding where to get alcohol or an interactive map should be a priority. I have met too many who would like a non-existent detox bed. cbc.ca/news/canada/to…

Confirmed by @abozikovic The engineering report shows the Science Centre needs a little over $13 million in roof repairs - to replace defective panels- quite modest in infrastructure terms. Just the public subsidy for the Therme mega-spa would be AT LEAST $650 million.

This framing "closing for good" seems a lot like government spin. The Ontario Science Centre is only "closing for good" if we let the government get away with NOT making the repairs necessary to rescue this public landmark. We don't NEED to let them get away with it.

After what @fordnation did to autistic children, do you really think he gives two flying fucks about your outrage at his blatant misuse of power. He turned his back on CHILDREN. Apparently they are not his people.

Year-end celebrations at schools here have shown happy Mississauga kids exploring the Science Centre, as we we have for generations. This is such a terrible loss. But at least corner store beer is coming, and we can take the subway from the spa to... nothing. Eventually. #onpoli

Anyone else feel dread at the looming family doctor crisis? They play a critical care role, especially for many with #disabilities. If family doctors put #beer fridges in their offices, would Doug Ford fund them better #ontario

If schools out beer fridges in the classroom, would Doug Ford fund them better?

Landyn was a student with disabilities who was left alone in the "sensory room" at school where he died. I am so sorry to his family and community. We hear of so many horror stories about "sensory rooms" for kids and youth and disabilities - we must do something about this.

It is with great sadness that @OntAutism shares this today. Sending our deepest condolences to Landyn’s family and friends. Please have a read: #onted #onpoli
